You’ve done the hard work in raising the money so now make sure it gets to us! It’s super simple and there’s lots of ways to send in your sponsorship money so just pick the one that is best for you.
Pay in online
You can pay your money in to us directly online or you can make a bank transfer or BACS payment. Just contact our Supporter Care team (you’ll find our details below) and we’ll provide you with a reference number and our account details.
When you use your local Minhaj Welfare JustGiving page, it collects money from your supporters automatically. This takes all the hassle out of collecting your sponsorship and paying in afterwards.
If you’d like to make a donation in person, you can pay in cash and cheques (where applicable) at the bank or any of our local collection points. For a paying in slip (where applicable) that you can use at any branch Bank please contact our Supporter Care team.
Cheques (where applicable) made payable to MWF can also be posted to us, visit our contact us page for local postal details
Please make sure you include your name, contact details and details of your event so that we can thank you for your amazing fundraising efforts.

We have so many different events available – there really is something for everyone. Just take a look at all our events to get some inspiration or get in touch.
What kind of events can I take part in for MWF?
We have all sorts of events for you to take part in. There are physical challenges like runs, hikes and swims. Or for you social types why not organise a coffee morning, a night in with friends, or golf with the guys? There’s even networking and corporate events like our famous luncheons and charity gala. Can I hold my own event for MWF?
Of course. If you're looking at holding your own active event such as a walk, a run or a cycling challenge, all you need to do is head to the specific events page for that category. You’ll be able to join Team MWF for your challenge, and we’ll even send you a fabulous pack from us crammed with fundraising tips and training information.
If you're doing your own thing, be it climbing in a bath of beans, holding a quiz night or masterminding a charity auction, we've got lots of really helpful information in Your Event.
I have a specific question about an event. Where can I get the answer?
On many of our pages we'll give you a specific telephone number and contact form so you can find out all the answers to your questions. Alternatively get in touch and we’ll put you in touch with the right person.
I want to set up an online fundraising page, how can I do this?
You can set up a personalised online donation page with JustGiving or MuslimGiving. They offer a really easy way for people to sponsor you and add messages of support to spur you on when the training gets tough.
And when you select your local Minhaj Welfare Foundation as your chosen charity, all income is transferred directly to us. So all you have to do is share your page on Facebook and Twitter to get the word out to all your friends and family.
Are you fundraising on Facebook?

We’ve got nearly a thousand professionally-designed posters, flyers, invitations and ticket templates – one for every kind of fundraising event! Simply get in touch , share your favourite design and your details, then we'll send it as a PDF to your inbox. The best thing is, we do all this completely free.
